5 Fall Essential Oils |Fall Diffuser Recipes

Yes I know, another fall post. But it’s seriously right around the corner and even if you don’t want to start decorating you can at lease make it smell a little bit like fall in your home. Not to mention most of these oils also have health benefits so even more reason to start diffusing. At the end I will give you my favorite diffuser blends.

First off… maybe my favorite Fall oil, Clove. It smells warm and welcoming all by itself but when paired with other oils it will just make your home scream HELLO FALL!! It’s also one of the more economical oils at only $15 for the 15 ml bottle and $7.50 for the 5 ml bottle. Clove also has medicinal benefits like helping with toothaches (apply diluted to area),  acne, and it is said to be an aphrodisiac. Wink Wink.

The next oil we are going to discuss is Cinnamon. Who doesn’t love this one? Yes it’s a little more Wintery but when added to some of the diffuser blends I am going to give you, it definitely works as a fall smell too. Surprisingly it also helps keep the mosquitos at bay!

Next up, Tangerine. Now a lot of people say to use orange in some of these blends but I prefer the slight tang that comes from the tangerine. It’s also inexpensive at  $16.50  for 15ml and $7.75 for 5ml.

Nutmeg is a pretty obvious one. It is used in so many fall candles and is one of the main components in the PSL blend. It is said that nutmeg helps stimulate the brain and improve cognition! Who doesn’t want help with that? Bye brain fog!

Last but certainly not least, Thieves. The king of the oils!! It’s a blend of several different oils including Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus Radiata, and Rosemary essential oils for an aromatic blend that fills any space with a rich, spicy aroma. Not only does this oil smell blissfully of fall, it also is said to boost the immune system and support respiratory health.

Now you may need a few more oils for the following blends but you could make your own with the ones I have listed above. Thieves and tangerine go very well together.
