The BEST Keto Pancakes | Waffles

These make great pancakes OR waffles.

Just mix very softened cream cheese with room temperature eggs then add dry ingredients.

If making in waffle maker, let cook till well browned.

Keto Pancakes
2 eggs
1/3 cup Almond Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp confectioner swerve (optional)
4 oz cream cheese softened
(splash of Heavy Cream -optional)

2 eggs
1/4 cup almond flour**
1/4 cup pork panko**
**( you may sub for 1/3 cup of just pork panko if you wish, it works just as well)
2 tsp baking powder
4 oz cream cheese softened
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Splash of heavy cream optional
Mix in a glass bowl and let sit for 1-2 min or until batter starts to look bubbly
poor into waffle maker and let cook till brown, stir batter before every pour.


Mickey Waffle Maker :

Depending on your pour, makes about 8 pancakes.

To make syrup : melt 2 tsp of butter and add 1 tsp of swerve or to taste

You could also add 1 tsp. of vanilla or Lilly’s chocolate chips or even berries. We love having these with crispy bacon on Saturday mornings. I hope you enjoy.
